【经济学课堂】

【销售心理】

某富翁娶妻，有三个人选，富翁给了三个女孩各一千元，请她们把房间装满。女孩 A 买了很多棉花，装满房间的 1/2 。女孩 B 买了很多气球，装满房间 3/4。女孩 C 买了蜡烛，让光充满房间。最终，富翁选了胸部最大的那个。

这个故事告诉我们：了解客户的真实需求非常重要。

【习惯】

乞丐到小王家乞讨，他给十块，第二天乞丐又去，又给十块，持续两年。一天只给五块，乞丐：以前给十块，怎么现在给五块？小王：我结婚了。乞丐一巴掌打过去：妈的，你竟拿我的钱去养你老婆？

启示：当提供免费服务让客户成为一种习惯，这种服务就不再是优势，而是劣势。

【夫妻】

夫妇逛商场，女的看中一套高档餐具，坚持要买，丈夫嫌贵，不肯掏钱。导购一看，悄悄对丈夫说了句话，他一听马上掏钱。是什么让他立马转变？导购员对丈夫说：

“这么贵的餐具，你太太是不会舍得让你洗碗的。” 启示： 人的观念没有什么不可改变，关键是角度，要善于揣摩客户心理。

【管理的弊端】

女孩买了条裤子，一试太长，请奶奶帮忙剪短，奶奶说忙；找妈妈，也没空；找姐姐，更没空。女孩失望地入睡了。奶奶忙完家务想起小孙女的裤子，就把裤子剪短了一点；姐姐回来又把裤子剪短了；妈妈回来也把裤子剪短了，最后裤子没法穿了。

管理的弊端就在于：要么都不管，要么都来管！

【杯子】

当一只玻璃杯中装满牛奶的时候，人们会说 “这是牛奶”；当改装菜油的时候，人们会说 “这是菜油”。只有当杯子空置时，人们才看到杯子，说 “这是一只杯子”。同样，当我们心中装满成见、财富、权势的时候，就已经不是自己了；人往往热衷拥有很多，却往往难以真正的拥有自己。

【碗破的启示】

一个卖瓷碗的老人挑着扁担在路上走着，突然一个瓷碗掉到地上摔碎了，但是老人头也不回地继续向前走。路人看到觉得很奇怪，便问：“为什么你的碗摔碎了你却不看一下呢？”老人答到：“我再怎么回头看，碗还是碎的。”

【琐事】

一只鼬鼠要与一只狮子决战，狮子果断地拒绝了。鼬鼠说：“你害怕了吗？”狮子说：“如果答应你，你就可以得到曾与狮子比武的殊荣；而我呢，以后所有的动物都会耻笑我竟和鼬鼠打架。”

不要被不重要的人和事过多打搅，因为成功的秘诀就是抓住目标不放，而不是把时间浪费在无谓的琐事上。

上个礼拜，因为多手，就跑去看回以前中学的部落，
纯粹想找回一些突然想起想要找回的东西，结果发现到很多的照片都不见了。。。

全部变成了。。。

可爱的中学照片都变成了青蛙。。。

还有一些变成了 404 水桶。。。

就因为这样，我就接下来陆陆续续把所有还找得回的照片都通通 download 下来，
然后都上传到自己的 hosting 去。

。。。

整整两个星期都 OT 来弄这个，终于都弄完了。

2006 和 2007 年都是用青蛙的，全都不见了。
2008 年才开始用水桶，那些都还好都还在。

Moral of the story: 如果有照片是打算 store 长久的，千万不要上传去免费的网站。不可靠。

Before you start

You must have a copy of Saints Row The Third installed in your hard drive (or a copy of the needed game file).

Basic command prompt knowledge is required.

The end results are 96kbps audio files. These music are the exact rip from the game itself, but since the musics are played as a background music in-game, you might not notice the bad music quality in-game. If you are expecting quality music, then you might be disappointed.

Procedures

1. Find and copy the sounds_common.vpp_pc file to a working folder on your PC that’s easy to access (in this guide, I’ll be putting all the files on my desktop). It resides in <steam installation folder>\steamapps\common\Saints Row the Third\packfiles\pc\cache\sounds_common.vpp_pc (around 600MB+).

   These are all the required files.
   

2. Unpack the .zip tools.
   • For bnk_tools.zip, all you need is bnk_pc_extractor.exe.
   • For volition.zip, all you need is the bin_sr3 folder.
   • For ww2ogg.zip, all you need is the ww2ogg.exe.

   

3. Open up command prompt, navigate to the bin_sr3 folder, and run this command:> Gibbed.SaintsRow3.UnpackVPP.exe ../sounds_common.vpp_pc

   

   Once this is done, you should have a new folder appeared in bin_sr3 folder. Move that folder to up one directory. Your original directory should look like this.

   

   Inside the sounds_common folder should have a lot of .bnk_pc files.

   

4. The radio station musics are in the radio_<station>_media.bnk_pc files. I will extract one of the stations in this guide, just repeat for the rest.

   In the command prompt, navigate to the folder for the bnk_pc_extractor.exe, and run this command:> bnk_pc_extractor.exe sound_common/radio_klassic_media.bnk_pc

   

   You should get a lot of .wav files in the sounds_common folder.

   Repeat this step for all the radio_<station>_media.bnk_pc files.

5. These .wav files are compress files. You will need to uncompress them into codec-readable format. In command prompt, use this command:> ww2ogg.exe sounds_common/radio_klassic_media_00000.wav

   

   Once that is done, you will find radio_klassic_media_00000.ogg in the same folder as the radio_klassic_media_00000.wav file.

   Repeat this step for all the radio_<station>_media_<number>.wav files.

6. (Optional) If you got the right codec installed in your system, you can play the .ogg file directly. If you wish to copy into an MP3 player or your phone, use something to convert the .ogg files into MP3. I recommend using Format Factory to do it.

Finally!!! It’s here!!!

On Aug 16, I bought a ticket and went for their concert. They are the Distant Worlds! Kinda like a Square Enix official orchestra band that plays Final Fantasy music. This is one of the rare chance they visit Malaysia! So I went ahead to buy their ticket immediately when I heard of the news. (Thanks for the share in Facebook! hehe)

Sadly, I only managed to buy their CD1. CD2 has sold out, both days.

Last resort, I Whatsapp my boss to see if he can purchase their CD2 for me from Amazon. He often buy stuff from Amazon, so I can tap only his shipping. And… after weeks and weeks of waiting, finally it arrived!

Nijyumaru is a place that my family always go when we want to have Japanese food. It is one of the best Japanese restaurant that I know of. Although a bit pricey, they still fall within the reasonable range. But the food there are fresh and tasty, they have quick and quality service too!

Only downside is, you gotta make a reservation before you go, or else you’ll have to wait outside for who-knows how long before you have a seat. Oh, even if you made reservation, they’ll tell you that “Your seat is for 7pm to 8pm, ok?”.

Luckily, this restaurant hasn’t been too popular amongst Singaporeans, yet.

After dinner, we went for movie. And this happened.

Seriously? National Anthem in the cinema? Damn it!
WHERE ARE THE TRAILERS!!!!!

Fuck it.

Anyway, I got this Movie Club member card.

And it’s shiny.

Never had BKT for breakfast before. That’s a new experience.

Went to LEGOLAND for the n-th time.
Bo bian, being a Johorean with many foreign friends, it’s inevitable.

I’m gonna get one when I’m rich. :< Okay, although I've been here so many times, this is the longest stay in LEGOLAND of all my visits here. Not sure is it because of the queue, or because we walk slowly. Unexpectedly, we exit the theme park by 5pm. And because of this, we skipped the Hell Kitty town. Sorry Sharon. >“< Well, you can always just buy from Groupon and go there yourself.

Todak has one of the best Seafood in town!
Sadly it’s full of Singaporeans now. So that place is damn crowded.

Still, we had our share.

Super giant “Medium” size pincers.
Expensive. But shiok!

City Square had this Doraemon 100th anniversary exhibition.
So, City Square also became part of our Abujaba gathering itinerary.

Basically the exhibitor took one whole patch of ground floor to put up a photo shooting area and merchandise selling area, and those this chance to earn some cash. You even need to buy for entrance ticket to visit inside!

Not much to see except to take photos.

This is the first time we all try this kind of game, so we chose the easiest one of them all.

Basically, the host will bring us into a locked room, and we gotta try to find our way out of the room. There are tips and tools scattered in the rooms, and we need to find them all.

To avoid spoilers, I’ll just say, it took us more than one hour to escape. And my biggest contribution is to “ask god”. hahaha~

And somehow we managed to escape!
Haha~ Not gonna be showcased on the wall of losers. :P

It’s been… I think… years since I last went for sing K.

LOL~ Need to wait for another year now.

As a Johorean, this is my first time went to JPO.
Kinda meh. So no comment here.

Might come back here next year once I have a new allocation of apparel allowance. hehe

Been having this toothache for weeks.

It started like 2 weeks ago, it was just this tiny itch every now and then, it feels pretty normal when I have an ulcer, figured it will go away after a few days if I just eat healthy for some time.

But no, it got worse everyday. Until one night, it was so painful that I can’t even go to sleep. Woke up in the middle of the night, and can’t fall back to sleep because of the pain.

Took MC for the next day, and go straight to a dentist. This MC was the very first MC I took ever since I started work here. Popped my MC cherry lol. ==

Ok, doctor say it could be that ulcer, I got 2 big ones at that moment. But also could be that wisdom tooth that had already decayed pretty badly. She prescribed me for mouth wash and some painkillers, and ask me to consider extracting that decayed wisdom tooth if the pain continues.

That consultation + X-ray alone costed 100 dollars. ==

After a week of better night sleep with that pain killer, it got worsen.
Although the pain is manageable during the day, it starts to get more painful during the night. Also, it gets awfully painful when I’m having hot or cold food or drinks. It must have been that decayed tooth, because now that I start pinching or pushing it, I can feel a little stabbing pain.

My appointment for dentist is Saturday evening. Hope it goes well after that extraction.

Pocket painful too.
So costly.

最近突然又玩回 osu! 了。
因为我发现，他们的 mania mode 越来越像回 o2mania 的了！

下载很多新的歌之后，找到一首很好听的 Miku cover。

原版的歌是 Miku 唱的。
这个却是由真人去翻唱 Miku 的歌，而且超级好听的！太神奇了！！

只可惜不知道去哪里下载。
所以，只好拿 osu 的 folder 里面的 mp3 好了。呵呵

一个 post 直接打完全部祝福语，哈哈哈～

每年都有打 Christmas List 跟 New Year Resolution 的之前，
今年，我看还是算了吧，打了也是打爽的而已。哈哈！
随缘就好。哦弥陀佛。

总结来说，前年是个大衰年。超级无敌霹雳难过的一年。
去年嘛，是过渡期吧。用了整整一年来当过渡期会不会太长了？whatever~
不过去年在新加坡做了一整年的工，从一开始的 pok gai 老，
到现在可以算是 financially stable 了，
其实生活也还不错的。

尤其可以每个星期回家，
然后还有回韶韵玩玩乐器。
（说到韶韵，今年好像又开始练习了！可是我还没有回去过。没有乐器，不懂借不借得到。>”<） 新的工作蛮富有挑战性的，虽然压力也比较多。 可是我还蛮喜欢我的工作的～ 打 code 就是我的强项。 :P

记得以前每年倒数都会去我们的秘密路边小山丘看烟花。
今年竟然不见了！

不懂是因为今年大家都 pok gai 没有放烟花了，
还是因为那个新的 high way 挡着了。

真的，只有跟你出来才会一直发生奇奇怪怪的事情的咯！

就这样，一起跨越了 1314。
不知不觉，就这样认识 10 年了。
我们又了一个 10 年后的 “鼎泰丰” 约定。哈哈！

新年愿望：希望开心的日子比之前还多～
